Returns 

If you need to return a product please contact our customer service department at 833.421.0346 so they can identify the issue and give you an RGA (return goods authorization number). No product can be returned without an RGA number. You can return an item if it is within 30 days of purchase. All custom hose assemblies are non-returnable unless it is our mistake. With all custom build your own products, we custom build them to your specification. All other products come with a 30 days return policy if they are in new condition and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. The refund will be issued once the item is received with proper documentation and is approved by our team. 

The return label should read: RGA # (number here) Brewery Hose Supply, 155 Verdin Road, Greenville, SC 29607.  Please note: returns sent without a valid RGA number will be returned to sender and no credit will be issued.
